We want our trainees to obtain a comprehensive and in-depth insight into our company. Trainees themselves help to actively and individually shape our trainee programme. A trainee plan is jointly produced with a mentor and the trainee supervisor. It contains certain fixed stepping stones, such as the chosen department, a deployment in Production, in Sales and in the currently prioritised Digitisation department. Other assignments in the trainee programme are jointly determined to give trainees the greatest possible creative freedom for their own ideas.

These free trainee positions are based on the strategic orientation of the company, so the departments on offer can vary from year to year.

That’s why we provide all our trainees with extensive know-how and useful tools and skills during the programme. You are also given the opportunity of establishing a wide network within the company.
