Picture with symbolic value: In Brussels, a landmark for climate-friendly mobility meets a monument to nuclear energy.
Copper Coast: In southern County Waterford, Ireland's coast is rocky, yet appears gentle and soft. The sleepy country strand owes its name to the copper mines that operated here in the 19th century, and is now a UNESCO Global Geopark.
The tour was full of emotional experiences and also efforts that we mastered together as a team. I am grateful for every single conversation with customers, journalists and many great people along the way of our journey. No matter where in Europe, you can feel the enthusiasm for electric mobility and our bus!
The road trip was challenging for me in terms of technology, especially the infrastructure and the general conditions in eight different countries. I enjoyed it immensely because we overcame all the challenges.
The completely different soundscape always reminds me that we have arrived in a new age of passenger transportation.
Being able to shape the mobility of tomorrow fills me with pride. I'm very fascinated by the city bus because it makes a significant contribution to tackling climate change with efficient drive solutions.
It was one of the greatest adventures of my professional life. It was great how the team stuck together. And had fun and laughed at the same time - even if it was at three in the morning.
We got to produce so much great content on this wonderful road trip. I was amazed at how many people found us, wanted to talk to us and took a very close look at the bus. I didn't expect that. That was very nice.
The bus sounds like a Formula E car to me. Even concentrated work is possible there. I will miss it.
I found it exciting to experience something completely new every day. Every day was like a grab bag. Now we've happily arrived at our destination in Limerick and I'm looking forward to seeing all the events and emotions compressed once again in a retrospective video.
On this road trip, I was able to learn how much energy professional drivers can get out of an electric bus and how flexibly such a bus can be used. Impressive! If I didn't have a family waiting for me at home, I would drive around the world with this super team.
I will still enjoy telling my friends about this road trip ten years from now. I am honored to be part of this team and to complete the road trip here in Limerick.
